Requirements – Minor
Only courses in which a student has earned a “C” or better may be applied to the minor.
A student who majors in Accounting may not earn a minor in Accounting. Double majors are permitted and encouraged.

Prerequisites to these courses include ACCT 1111 Principles of Financial Accounting and ACCT 1112 Principles of Managerial Accounting. Prerequisites to ACCT 1111 Principles of Financial Accounting include MATH 1105 College Algebra with Business Applications or MATH 1110 College Algebra and BALT 1140 Excel with Business Applications, CMSC 1182 Science Applications Laboratory, CMSC 1184 Microsoft Excel Laboratory, or BALT 1150 Business Statistics I.
