Other Policies
- Enrollment shall be considered as signifying knowledge of all conditions, rules, and regulations and shall be deemed as acceptance thereof.
- The University shall not be responsible for any damage or loss of personal property from any cause whatsoever.
- Bills for University services or monetary sanctions such as library fines, residence hall fines, parking fines, or extra student health charges must be paid in full 10 days prior to final examinations for the semester.
- Students are responsible for monitoring their university email and MyBenU for billing statements and payment reminders. Non-receipt of an invoice does not exempt a student from late fees.
- Past students are responsible for contacting the Business Office for account information if they no longer have access. The Business office can be reached by phone at 630-829-6100 or by email at financialaid@ben.edu.
- Students are responsible for responding promptly to university billing communications.
- Students are responsible for updating contact information.
