At least six credit hours of a minor must be completed at the 3000 level or above.
Most NUTR courses require prerequisites, which necessitate proper course sequencing. Depending on which courses are selected, there may be additional cognate requirements. It is highly recommended that you consult with your advisor in the Department of Nutrition and Public Health about course choices and progression.
This minor is open to students pursuing a major in Health Education and Promotion, and any other major outside of the Department of Nutrition and Public Health.
