Requirements - Minor

Students seeking a minor in Mathematics must complete, with a grade of “C” or better, at least 15 semester credit hours of mathematics coursework at the 1000 level or above, including 6 semester credit hours at the 3000 level or above. MATH 1105 College Algebra with Business Applications, MATH 1108 Mathematics for Everyday Life, and MATH 1110 College Algebra may not be counted toward the 15 semester credit hours. MATH 3397 Mathematical Research can be counted toward the 15 semester credit hours, but only if the student has 6 semester credit hours of mathematics coursework at the 3000 level.
