African American Studies, Minor
The African American Studies Minor is an interdisciplinary, general studies minor that introduces students to the breadth and complexities of the Black experience in the Americas. It will also prepare students with the basic skills to pursue more advanced study in the field. It complements almost any discipline from the natural sciences to the social sciences, the arts and professions.

Students minoring in African American Studies must complete 15 semester credit hours to include:
